I led design efforts for Zello’s Core and Growth teams, focusing on improving accessibility, onboarding, and user engagement. By enhancing key features and streamlining user flows, I helped drive product adoption and long-term retention.
As a hands-on product designer, I owned end-to-end design for high-impact features, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences. I led UX research and user testing to validate product decisions, advocating for accessibility to create a more inclusive platform. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, I contributed to shaping design culture and processes, fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.
